Thank you so much for your interest in working with your child at home. While it is not necessary to do these activities and I understand all too well that time runs short in today's world, your child can greatly benefit from extra help.

Math
This month in math, you can help your child by practicing counting to 100 with him or her, and writing the numbers 1-50. We will also be counting to 100 by twos (2, 4, 6...) and fives (5, 10, 15...). We will also continue to memorize the addition facts with answers 0-12, and the corresponding subtraction facts. You can help your child learn these by making flashcards using regular index cards, or just slips of paper.
